I’ve have been doing Colorado  mortgages and Colorado home loans for over 12 years.  I served over 20 years in the Army.  I understand the challenges of  raising a family in the military and having to move every 3-4 years regardless of what the housing market is doing.  Most of my mortgage business has been government loans (FHA and VA).   They are the best home loans in my opinion.
